Easy breakfast

I hate spending time making food, especially breakfast. This AM I just poured 3/4 c egg whites into a pan and added some chopped frozen spinach. Sometimes I add other stuff too...whatever is in the fridge, onions, green onion, peppers, etc. I also toasted a piece of Dave's Killer Bread which is YUMMY! By the time the toast popped up, the egg whites were done. I sprayed some I can't believe it's not butter spray on the toast, ate most of the egg whites and piled my last about 1/8 of egg whites on my toast. DELICIOUS. 200 calorie breakfast that will keep me full.

    yep, that's what i'll usually do on the weekends or a late morning during the week... since i LOVE eggs, i just do one egg and one extra egg white, a tablespoon of salsa... then a piece of bread/butter and just pile the eggs on the bread... SO yummy, filling, and under 200 calories!
