S'mores Mini-Cups

Makes 12 cups ( 1 cup per serving)

Calories: 110 Carbs: 17 fiber: 0 Fat: 5 Protein: 0 Sugar: 11 Sodium: 38
Needed:

12 TBSP (168 grams) - Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

120 mini marshmallows (60 grams) - Kraft Jet-Puff Marshmallows

4/8 pieces - Keebler Reduced Fat pie Crust

Pre-heat oven to 300 degree's

Spray mini cupcake tin w/ PAM (or similar cooking oil).....preferably use a rubber cupcake tin...easier for popping out the smores...or line with mini cupcake liners.

1 serving of chocolate chunks is approx. 10 chunks...

5 grams of marshmallows is approx. 10 marshmallows.

Half the pie crust should give you all 12 servings of pie crust

(or 7 grams for each smore)

1) So layer....

5 chocolate chunks

5 marshmallows

Pie crust

5 remaining marshmallows

5 remaining chocolate chunks

(don't be afraid to stack it high, they will melt down into cups)

2) Place in oven until chocolate is completely melted (took about 40 minutes for mine). To avoid burning or bubbling the marshmallows leave the oven door slightly cracked while chocolate melts.

3) Remove, and let cool in cupcake tin (to keep shape) until chocolate has hardened again. (Mine took about 4 hours)

You could also put them in the fridge, but then you have to keep them in the fridge or the chocolate will get melty again.

The original recipe I was trying to follow was out of an old magazine, it just had you mix all ingredients and spoon into cups...well that did not work out for me...1) I didn't know how much of each thing would end up in each cup. 2) I actually tried it for my first batch, and it didn't bake as "pretty".... lol

Whats the healthiest chocolate out on market. Like is dark better then milk and is there low sugar ones. I want to make smores with my nephew over a camp fire next week but I want to keep my family eating healthier.

These look seriously good. I have 2 questions:
    1. How do you wait four hours for them to set before eating?
    2. How do you eat only one??

As far as I know Dark Dark chocolate is the healthiest (but that's just what I've heard). Like the 75% cocoa ones.

Exactly! They look delicious, but I couldn't make them and have them actually last in my house for more than a day probably.
