At goal and in maintenance (Before and after pics)

My wife and I have working together and we are both now in maintenance mode. I have lost 105 pounds and she has lost 49 pounds. If we can do it.....so can you.

    WOW!! GREAT JOB!!! what a difference!! congrats :) and so awesome you both did it together! I'm trying to get my boyfriend to lose weight/eat healthier with me ;| not working so far... even though HE was the one to tell me a year ago, that if i was unhappy with my weight, i should change it... to be healthier and to be around longer for him ;) haha. well... that still sticks with me today and i try to tell him the same thing.

    We eat healthy, watch our carbs and stay within the recommended calories. Started with a basic ADA diet as a guideline. I LOG EVERY MEAL and exercise 5 days a week.

    Wow, you guys look great. My hubby & I each lost 30 some pounds a few years ago. Unfortunately we gained it back, plus some more. :( I started back on here on my sister-in-laws birthday. She has lost 40+ pounds & kept if off!! She is my motivation to do it too.....Now, if I could just get my hubby interested again!! lol I want a before & after like yours!! :)
