I don't eat back exercise calories, because I'm doing a TDEE approach instead, but I'm training for a triathlon and half marathon right now, so when I bike 15 miles at 18 mph and follow it up with a 10 mile run (at ~10:30/mile), I'd venture to say I wouldn't be surprised if the 1000+ estimates I get are right.

I have over a decade of history with eating disorders and how I eat is personal and shared only between my loved ones and medical professionals. I take pictures of meals and post on TwoGrand, but having someone intimately acquainted with my vitamins and supplements and food issues makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

Pretty sure I already posted in here, but I'm game for round two! Lost 85 pounds over the last year and found myself as a fitness junkie. Heavy lifters, bikers, runners and swimmers please add me! Anyone else is more than welcome as well.

Last year was the year of the 5k for me! Did 4 of them, sub 30 and then ran a 5 mile on Thanksgiving and realized how much more I like longer races any day. Have a sprint tri, 10k, and half lined up for this year, with intentions to do a full marathon early next year. Keep at it! :)

I generally only hang on to 2-3 sizes up, because I don't want to even pretend there's a safety the safety net. Stuff in my closet ranges from 00-4 right now. Figure I'll regret not having the slightly bigger sizes when on a bulk cycle, though.

I have stupidly bad vision as well, but luckily can wear contacts. So, I wear contacts for cardio (another who can't stand them slipping), but just wear glasses when lifting.

I feel far better than I have in years about my body and strength because of lifting (and lifting heavy! I promise you won't bulk up). So I can't say yes enough!
