I'm on hear all the time, if you or anyone else would like to add me please do so. I also have a great group of friends on here, so I'm sure you could find plenty of people to add :) best of luck to all of you in achieving your goals!!

Added you. Any one who would like to add me feel free. I've been on here daily since I started (65 days ago).

I agree. Calories listed anywhere cannot be taken as gospel. I'd also like to mention (and I'll keep it brief), that the same goes for calories burned. There are too many intangibles that cannot be accounted for. One of my favorite examples is form. New runners, especially those who are overweight, will often bounce while…

I drink lemon water, orange water. etc. I drink it to hydrate as I do with plain old water. I use it because I only drink water, coffee, and tea,(for the most part), so it just adds a little flavor. It's not some kind of magic potion that will benefit you in any real way...adds a little vitamin C to water but nothing…

yeah. They all do, none account for intangibles, so they can be used to get a ballpark figure. I record calories burned as a measure of what I did the day...nothing else.
-
Hi. I'm a vegetarian. Anyone who wants, feel free to add me.
-
Do you find the calorie thing on here to be accurate? I think it's total bollocks because it's based on formulas. [/quote] No. I agree with you. As a rough estimate it can work, but any time a person takes a calorie count (intake or output) to literally they will get tripped up at some point.
-
Just don't take what any machine says as gospel. They can give you a rough estimate at best. There are just too many factors for a machine to be accurate. I'm not saying they are not useful, but if you are eating back calories you burn a good rule of thumb is to knock about 30% off what it says your calories burned were.

HS WEIGHT: 187LBS CURRENT WEIGHT: 286LBS (1st time I've been under 100lbs away from that weight in a while)

1) lmao awesome post 2) still lmao sorry 3) good for you. kudos
-
Just tell them "you are what you eat." Then ask them if they would like to continue shoveling all that **** into their bodies :P Sorry that would be about as nice as I am capable of being in that situation
-
fantastic!
-
it could be, but for the most part wrapping or using belts should only be used for heavy lifting. It def will not help lose weight around her mid section like it claims to do.
-
two things...they make your wallet thinner :/
-
You can't control where/ how your body loses weight..correct me if I'm wrong..
-
you sure you just didn't add muscle weight?
-
that's awesome! Quitting smoking is huge! Best of luck in achieving your goals!
-
def hurts because you are not used to it. I started this whole thing by quitting smoking (a pack...pack and a half) for about 20 years. After 7 months I started my diet and exercise, and at 330lbs, I could barely walk at 2.5 mph pace. A month and a half in I'm 287 lbs and I run/ walk up to 8 miles a day, swim, do weights,…

Also, I have lost 43 lbs in about a month and 10 days, going way over those numbers for macros. I just eat reasonably and do a lot of cardio and weight lifting. I know not every one loses the same, but your macros just seem kinda low...
-
i agree with the posters above. That's awful low. Going above can't hurt at those levels. If you are dead set on keeping to those numbers possibly more fiber? I'm not fimiliar with the diet you are doing but I know some people subtract the fiber grams from their carb grams as fiber digests slower...I don't know if you…
-
42 lbs in 37 days
-
LMAO and totally agree
-
Yup. There is no way that those routines will work for 95% of people. I have gotten my best results from weight lifting in the same way I get my best results in losing weight. Experimenting and finding what works for me.

Anyone here looking for motivation and want to add me, feel free :)
-
Great Job! Hope all goes well for you on the 6th!
