  • A half pound per week would be fast loss in my book! Since you're relatively close to your goal weight, you will likely lose more slowly--that's completely normal. Of course, you can always add in exercise and then eat back some of those calories--that may increase the rate for you a bit.

  • I am just getting over a cold with nasty sinus symptoms. I'm super sensitive to Mucinex (makes me dizzy), but I found that Alka Seltzer Cold, Cough and SEVERE Mucus worked wonders.
