Mine would be a three way tied between bench press, deadlift, and jump rope.

Dancing...or anything that feels like dancing (Zumba, Barre)

I also love kickboxing...keeps me from taking out my aggression on my family. :)
  • Spinning.

    No. Not on a bike.

With my arms out and twirling around until I get dizzy and fall down.

All fours, left arm out front, right leg out back, and visa versa. :drinker: And lat bar for shoulders/back.
  • Running, hands down and specifically trails. I love every minute of it

Coincidentally the exercises I curse my way through are my favorites. I'd have to say burpees. I also like some old school butt kicks and high knees

Pole fitness--it's the hardest exercise I've ever done. I feel like my arms are dying for a few days afterwards. But I feel powerful and accomplished when I master something! And no, contrary to popular belief, it's not typically a "sexy" exercise (thought it certainly can be when you have a routine down). Most of us look decidedly unsexy when learning the spins, combos, climbs, inversions and tricks. LOL

Broken table is what I think you're referring to. I love it and hate it. Try broken airplane sometime. Same concept, but instead of your arm out front, it's at a 45 degree angle to the side and the leg is at a 45 degree angle as well. Adds a bit of a new challenge when it comes to balancing :-)
