What makes it even more annoying is we've blocked her, but she still has access to the group. Which I think is since we are an open group MFP might not actually block anyone...so hence she still reports posts which goes to the admins of the group. But if we closed the group it would mean that people joining MFP couldn't…

Don't worry sometimes she takes a while, I was really starting to feel left out for a bit. Then she sent me a grand total of one message. Guess making it sound like I was taking her to heart went over her head...ugh... Thought about making the group private/closed because of her...

Might not be the popular stance, but I'm with you on that. If people are looking for more friends, try adding or talking to someone. We're nice and friendly, heck we'll even often try to engage with people. Just effort isn't limited to just one side.

My box the general rule is 5 strict before people should be using kipping. For that very reason of protecting the shoulder. There even at times has been mention that muscle ups should be first learned through strict, before getting the kip...since that catch position and in general there is a lot of room for things to go…

I'm currently in my 3rd season doing the Capital Affiliate League (team comp, scaled division each season so far...). I did a scaled event individual and won, did a two person event scaled and had fun...I'm signed up to do SuperFit Rubicon Rx'ed (still wondering if that is a good life choice...)
