I had the same problem I was eating under my daily goal and exercising but I was gaining. You need to weight everything, measuring cups cant be off when it comes to solid foods. You also should keep with in you daily fats/carbs/protein sugars and salts, it makes a huge difference. Mfp calories burnt Is pretty high....…

oh I didn't change my ticker, I gained 2 lbs lol and its been that way for a few days now. sorry forgot to mention that :) I am happy to lose it in a healthy way, I want to make sure im on the right path.

I am very honest with my entries, I measure and weigh EVERYTHING lol it prob could be just some water fluctuations but I wanted others to see my diary to make sure I am on the right track.

yer my husband can eat 2500 cal and lots carbs and lose weight, so bloody jealous lol I on the other hand eat 1500cal and I cant really eat carbs or ill gain weight, not sure why but this is the wicked way my body works lol

Based on your age, height and weight, not sure what your days are like but if you usually sit at work at a desk and don't exercise regulary I would say 1500cal is best :) obviously if you exercise you can eat those calories back :smile:

No fail for me, if I want something I just include it in my daily goal, haha I has 3 SLICES of fajita pizza from panago and starbucks and hot chocolate as well..... its a lifestyle, so I wont be depriving myself hehe

Mayple syrup is the best mm yummmz it tastes less sweet than honey and its not as thick. Its more a mellow sweetness. Never had molasses on its own but I've tried it in cookies its pretty good but its an acquired taste.

I do zumba at home, my lil one sometimes likes to join in lol otherwise I give her things to do like painting, watching her fav show ect I also walk to her to the park every sunny day and play their for at least 2 hours. Take this from me, I cut out all starches and lost weight but I gained all and MORE BACK. DONT cut them out, just eat them in moderation, you may lose slower but you will be happier for it getting to eat yummy food and not feeling like you cant eating anything.

You wont see dramatic changes in 21 days but your food and exercise looks great just keep at it! Keep an eye on you sodium intake, too much of that can give you a bloated belly look because high amounts regularly in your daily food intake retains water.

I have full dvd set at home, its easier for me being a f/t stay at home mum but also too its more comfortable for me. Its best thing for cardio if you are like me and don't like going for runs lol
