  • Yes, I've tried vegan hotdogs ect and they are yummy but I know I will have to phase them out as its to high in sodium lol it's not easy but my health is more important than a piece of food lol ty

  • When we aren't busy we have time to think about things.. Hence food ect Adding Protein like the others have suggested is great but try going for a walk or finish a project to keep your mind busy in between meals. If you have the urge just eat some ice cubes or chewing gum.

  • ive been here for about 1 month and their was a week I didn't lose at all....... it took me 2 years to put on the weight so I mean weight loss just wont happened that quickly.   • Subway is very high in sodium so you have to be careful and they do have a list of what not to order if you don't want high fat or sodium ect right on the glass as you order. If you aren't sure ask (they will probably have no clue lmao) or go online to their website and figure out whats the best option for you....
  • Eat what you want on the menu, if its higher in calories have half the meal and take rest home for next day OR pick non fried foods and always get your sauces and dressings on the side so you can choose how much goes on your plate :)
