    5 days a week I walk 5ms which takes about 1hr for me but im going to cut that time in half before Christmas :) Every step counts

    2 miles today at 3.5mph
    Plus additional 10k+ on pedometer.

    I do this everyday. Soon, I will walk 3 miles. If I can find the time! Happy walking!

    I'm in again! Like last month, I track both cardio/workout walking and then my total walking since I walk a lot at work many day (this does include my cardio walking, too.)

    6/1 Total miles: 7.9; Cardio miles: 3.5
    6/2 Total miles: 7.4; Cardio miles: 5.4
    6/3 Total miles: 7.2; Cardio miles: 3.7
    6/4 Total miles: 9.7; Cardio miles: 2.5
    6/5 Toal miles: 8.3; Cardio miles: 3.6
    6/6 Total miles: 6.9; Cardio miles: 2.2

    Average Total Miles: 7.9; Cardio miles: 3.5

    In May, I did about 208 miles total and 88 cardio miles. I am challenging myself to 225 miles total and 100 miles cardio. I'm walking outside a lot more now, too, so that isn't as fast as on the track, but is good for my soul!
