5 days a week I walk 5ms which takes about 1hr for me but im going to cut that time in half before Christmas Every step counts0

I'm in again! Like last month, I track both cardio/workout walking and then my total walking since I walk a lot at work many day (this does include my cardio walking, too.)

In May, I did about 208 miles total and 88 cardio miles. I am challenging myself to 225 miles total and 100 miles cardio. I'm walking outside a lot more now, too, so that isn't as fast as on the track, but is good for my soul!0 -
