I say as long as you feel fine and happy then dont eat for the sake of it, its a bad unhealthy habit. Eat when you are hungry and if you have the spare calories.

I always plan to workout everyday but usually end up missing one day a week. If you want to workout, then workout, doesnt mean you have to eat more.

Hi, Glad I found this group. I find a lot of the ED groups are full of young girls who just don't have to deal with normal life as well as an eating disorder. I find it hard knowing that I have to eat in order to keep my mind intact and not make mistakes at work and there is the constant battle of not wanting to finish my…

I think that calorie count is fine if not a little high. The 'average man' should eat 2500 calories a day but this is based on a man being 5'9" tall, 35 years old and exercising 3-5 times a week with vigorous effort. Not many men actually fall into this category and if you are inactive you should be eating 500-600 calories…

Of course you can do it now, just so simple modifications and take more breaks. I was always discouraged when I had to take more breaks until my friend pointed out they all fitness instructors and look how knackered they are!!! Try instead of jumping jst raising one knee at a time. Check out TurboFire, it is very similar…

Hi, I am sure this has probably been mentioned before but you need to check your BMR, and remember it takes 3500 calories to burn one pound of fat so decide how much you want to loose and over what time frame then reduce those calories from your BMR. Remember to add any calories you burn during exercise. I like to end the…
