the best thing to do is check your tags... do they have any spandex in them? most jeans relax out a bit as you wear them ( alot of jean stores will tell u to by them a little snug as they can stretch as much as a half size) and dont usually shrink unless u wash them in hot water and throw them in the dryer.... i hang mine…

i feel your pain.... ive had big legs my whole life...thighs and calves :( ive lost 37 lbs and still got big ones... i have hope that there will be less giggle...but i dont think i will ever have skinny legs

its not something that "lasts" ive tried the cleanses... and it cleaned me out and lost a couple pounds but as soon as u stop taking them those 5 lbs come right back.... and it completely changed my regularity... i went from be super regular ...to messing up my system...

as long as your not over working your body... dont want to over work it...give yourself sometime to rest! plus your body may be come too use to it...its good to switch up your exercise ..muscle confusion to keep ur body burning the calories!! but i love zumba.... i would do it everyday if i could!
