What are your thoughts on Colon Cleanses?? I've been considering buying some pills that you take once a day but not sure if this is a good thing or if it would help AND sure the heck don't want it to work TOOO good ..if you know what I mean!....Sorry in advance if this topic offends anyone!

    its not something that "lasts" ive tried the cleanses... and it cleaned me out and lost a couple pounds but as soon as u stop taking them those 5 lbs come right back.... and it completely changed my regularity... i went from be super regular ...to messing up my system...

    I tried that once and got really, really sick. I don't recommend it. Doctors say your body cleanses itself, so it's not necessary.

    I don't want to try it. I have heard from doctor that it can mess up your 'natural rythum' so to speak.

    I've considered going to a proctologist and have a colon cleansing done the good old fashioned way! Haha! But I don't have any experience with the pills. Sorry.

    I took a whole bottle of miralax before a colonoscopy and it was pretty bad. I can't imagine wanting to do that. If you are having constipation issues you can try miralax by the dose on the package or metamucil or benefiber. Good luck.

    Konsyl is completely natural, no added sugar or color. WalMart carries it.
