Yes, I like to add healthy fats and it has a big effect for me. Nuts, add avocado to salad or slice on sandwich, olive oil, and cream in coffee.

Anything with fennel in it, ugh tastes like licorice I love cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and raw onion..... but hated them all 10 years ago. Funny how tastes change, and I’ve gotten better with prep since then

This has been a problem for a long time.... I’m a former Premium member that is now using another paid app for my logging for this reason. I enjoy the forums and friends here so I still visit MFP daily. It doesn’t seem that any focus is being paid to the sync issues with Apple Watch.

Add some more meats like beef/steak, pork, salmon... lean turkey is great but I’d add those to more variety. Also add avocado to salads or wraps to give you more calories and fat. Consider adding more fruits and nuts.

I love to slice up a cucumber and onion, and drizzle it with vinegar/salt/pepper. Huge portion for low calories, and tasty.

I don't know about crap food causing foul gas.... mine is the worst from healthy things such as onions, cabbage, broccoli/cauliflower, etc etc. Junk food is no problem. LOL

I use Happy Scale, those results are the moving average.... looks like lately you’ve been losing at a higher rate if your “current weight” is that 1.69 pounds per week which is higher rate than your overall. It defaults to using a 10-day moving average. Based on that you may want to bump up your calorie goal a little bit…

From the MFP website (not from the app), you can review the Nutrition info. You can then click the button that they are incorrect, make the changes, then save. I would make sure you find accurate data before changing it though

Cabbage! Shop for staples at Aldi to stretch your dollar... I like to cut up cucumbers and onion, sprinkle with some vinegar/salt/pepper for cheap low cal veggie side. Omelets for dinner with whatever leftovers diced up in them, lots of variety that way and eggs are super cheap.
