I use Herbalife. We have physical clubs you can walk into. I was drinking smoothies and wanted to try something different. I was taught portion control, and got a meal. Plan and 24/7 coaching. So far I really like it and it's almost been a year. I didn't get serious with losing weight until January first of this year. :)

I cut away all "junk food" I haven't ate anything "naughty" in a while :)

Multiple failed diets, and weighing a lot more than my boyfriend. That's what it took.

Try weighing your self on hard floor, and in the same place every time. Even if it's on hard floor, and i move the scale I can gain/lose So hard floor, same spot each time for the most accurate results plus I dont have an electronic, I have the non battery one. I feel they're more accurate, just harder to read.
