I bought the Weight Watchers Scale which also measures Body Fat. Can program up to 4 people. I ordered it from Bed Bath and Beyond, total cost including taxes just over $53.00. It was delivered right to my door and no shipping costs.

To keep full I drink lots of water, and try to pick out foods that are high in bulk and low in calories. For instance, I love fresh strawberries, blueberries,zucchini, cucumbers, fresh green beans, brown rice, black eyed peas, english muffin.

This is my first attempt with MFP, but I've gained and lost many times thru-out my life, always gaining back more than I lost. I guess the key is to always log-on to MFP and weigh weekly to keep in check.

Look for a Farmers Market in your area. In my area, I can find one either Saturday Morning or Friday Early Evenings. The produce is usually cheaper and fresh. If you don't have a Farmers Market, check with neighbors who have gardens and they may sell you produce and may even give you their extra.

Years ago when I was in the gym, I used the elliptical alot. When it started feeling easier, I increased the intensity. On days I didn't feel so well, I decreased the intensity until I felt better. Only you know what you can do :-)
