bump, have a few which need eating so could do with the tips too.

I love breakfasts I have either : wholemeal toast with peanut butter and a banana fruit and greek yogurt spinach, banana, orange juice - mixed in blender protein shake porridge

Just bought polar FT7 from amazon £60 and love it !

Try it on utube first :) I like it and it's great for improving fitness but like to mix it up so don't use it everyday as intended so can't comment on results.
