I currently have a fitbit surge which I love everything about except the look, am considering a Withings steel which seems to tick all the boxes except GPS. I think it's pretty new and not been able to find many reviews or actually see one in a shop, any mfp users have one?

I've had a polar f7 hrm for almost a year now and it's been great,, however it's just stopped working, not reading the heart rate and calculating calories burned. The watch itself is working fine but not the chest strap. Shoud I try changing the battery? I can't open the compartment so would have to take it to a watch shop…

I want to start doing more weights so I went to the gym today and didn't know where to start! ok so here's me, age 32, 5ft 5, 146lbs BMI: 24, body fat 27.6%, body fat mass 18.3kg. I'm reasonably fit and teach 3/4 aerobic/dance classes a week, I really want to mix up my exercise but struggling with what else to fit in alongside a fulltime job and 2 kids. MFP tells me to eat 1200 but i usually go between 1000 - 1600.…
