When people say "acrossed". It's Across!!!!! You CROSSED the street to go to the store ACROSS the street! I don't know why people started saying acrossed but it drives me insane.

But if you set your activity level to the lowest setting, can't you eat your calories back, since you're not accounting for your workouts?

We only see each other 4 days a week...so we probably make waffles 5-6 times a week. It's wonderful.

My clothes are already getting very loose and i'm only down 1lb. When you change your habits instead of going on "a diet", the weight comes off differently. That's what I'm gathering from the message boards, anyway.

Mountain Dew!!!!!, Mac n Cheese and Delivery Pizza. I still have them (except Mt Dew) once in a while, but It's so hard not to binge when I'm eating those things. I used to have pizza at least once a week (along with other fast food places), it's no wonder i'm a size 16.

I did that a month ago. Quit smoking and started my diet on the same day. It has been SO HARD!!! I'm only down 3 pounds. It's better than gaining weight like I was afraid of, though!! Well worth it.

I am almost done with week 4. The whole experience has been very hard, especially combining it with trying to lose weight, and I have had horrible withdrawal symptoms, but they're slowly going away. I read in many places that withdrawal symptoms can last up to 2 months or so.
