  • Hi everyone, I had a very good day food wise. I'm lucky that I've given up sweets etc 5 weeks ago so it is easier already. I went walking with the dogs again today was about 40 min. I also did the bicep curls and squats. 30 of each. Hoping you all had a good 1st day of the challenge.
