I want to start this by saying that I DON'T work for beachbody. That being said, shakeology is my favourite part of the day. personally, I think almond milk is DELICIOUS. Also, I'm pretty sure the unsweetened kind has fewer calories. I use both almond milk and skim milk, but for different things.

I find if I eat carbs before my workout (for energy) and have a good carb/protein after work-out snack, I can avoid being ravenous. I do! I recently lost 3.3 pounds, and I had to weigh myself twice just to be sure. I also got into my "sort of" skinny jeans (haha half way to my real skinny jeans), so I guess I believed it then. Congrats on the loss!!

I'm sort of random. I cannot have a good workout without 1.5 litres of water handy my iPod blaring obscenely loud and a piece of minty gum. The gum just keeps my energy up I guess.

thanks so much for the advice guys, I do appreciate it. I think that because it's in my chest (and solely in my chest) I'm going to suck it up, take a rest day and see what the doctor says tomorrow.

I use Adidas Superglides for my indoor running, and Nike ones for my outdoor. Both pairs I was fitted for at a running store.

this might sound silly but I find it a LOT easier to drink water from a bottle and get all of my water in, than from a glass. Adding lemon helps some people too.

It just takes a lot of persistence and effort. I started jogging reeeeeally slow, and went as long as I could, then walked the rest of the 20 mins. Mine are pretty simple, but I think that they're DELICIOUS. 1 half a banana 1 cup of frozen berries (or fruit) 1.5 tbsp of flax seeds (for omega 3's and other health benefits, they have a 'nutty' flavour to them) 1 cup of trop 50 half calorie half sugar apple juice.

regardless of when you weigh, weigh at the same-ish time every time you weigh yourself. I weigh in in the morning when I get up, after I use the restroom, before I eat breakfast when I do, and I don't look at the scale any other time of day. :)

I go twice a day two-three times a week, and once every other day. If you're weight training, don't over do it, just do it the one time :) And like everyone else is saying, make sure you get proper food and water :)
