hello! new and seeking motivation!

Hello all, I'm a 22 year old who is trying to find a way to stay in control for the future. While i'm not overweight (currently-130 lbs.) i am looking for a way to stay in control for the future because as we all know, metabolisms slow with age! But what girl doesn't like to lose a few lbs? I'm looking to get down around 120 and be able to stay there! Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!
