I lost 18# in the first 8 weeks, now the last 3 weeks NOTHING! I have been craving more high cal foods and sweets. I figured I wasn't exercising enough or the right kind. This…

  • Boy, do i hear you! How easy it is to lose and hard to get it back! The longer I avoid whatever it is the harder it is to re-start. I have to ask myself to I want to go back to the beginning and have to start ALL over again and lose any ground i've gained or just start doing it again.

  • Don't be so hard on your self! I was totally amazed (horrified) how much I was eating when I started tracking it and by then I WAS watching what I was eating..so I can only imagine how much it all added up to when I wasn't tracking and just eating whatever I felt like. It isn't easy, but I'm hoping it pays off if I do what…

  • Hi Dolly! I'm Michele and I know EXACTLY how you feel! I don't know how many 25kg is but I'm guessing around 50 lbs. I have avoided a scale for almost a year until a dr. visit and when the BIG weight had to leave the 150 area (we go 50 lbs increments) I was totally horrified! In shock. :noway: Knew my pants and all clothes…
  • :flowerforyou: I know. Isn't it weird how some times you feel full and others hungry? I haven't really found a pattern with foods\types that work for me to eliminate hunger & cravings.

  • Me too!! And I'm at a time in my life where i get it every 3 weeks usually :ohwell: boo-hoo. I am RAVENOUS and nothing seems to fill me up. Yes, I too try to eat healthier snacks/meals, but nothing satiates me. I would love to know the solution to this also.
  • Hello, I am new here too. I'm about 5'6" maybe and a 1/2". I'm 51 and the heaviest I've ever been in my whole life. I would be happy to be back to 170 but would love to see 150 or 140. I can't wrap my head around losing that much weight. It is hard to do the older you get. I love seeing pics of women/people as they lose. I…
