anyone else having trouble switching off?

Evening guys ( it's 22:10 here) I'm trying dsperately to get to bed after what has been an exhausting day at work, only thing is, I can't stop refreshing and checking for new and interesting posts.
Just wondering if everyone would mind not saying anything for the next 5 minutes so Ican hit my pit. lolol

PS keep up the truly inspirational work :O)
