Hey! I do some turbofire intermittently with my ChaLean Extreme & when I didn't have a heart rate monitor I logged like you said. That's about the best you can do.

i asked myself that everytime i have chocolate shakeology and it has cocoa in it. I am addicted to it on a daily basis but hey.. its the healthiest meal of the day period so there's not much more i could be addicted to that would be better. :bigsmile:

i usually just have my chocolate shakeology in the morning for breakfast but if i need anything else during the day i will have half of a p90x protein bar. i have to feel like the snack i am having is actually fueling my body not just getting rid of a craving. i'm silly:tongue:

ChaLean extreme is the one i am doing and i love love love it. Never had more fun doing a strength training, plyo, cardio program in my life. I have already done it for 90 days and i am doing another round with selectable weights.

that is so sweet and i am hard on myself so i think that sometimes i fall into that where i think that my calves or whatever are huge. example... i can never get skinny jeans up over my calves. I dont think that they are big but wherever i shop for them they dont come over my calves, they are too tight. that's just not…

you body needs the food in order to keep your metabolism up. Drink lots of water. dont drop below 1200 calories a day, especially if you are working out. otherwise your body will eat away at your muscle

yah when i went to Cold Stone Creamery w/ the fam I got the sugar free guilt free cake batter ice cream and just a small kid's size. So go that route, and have them mix some strawberries or fresh fruit of your choice in it.

I am currently lifting heavy b/c i dont wanna be scrawny or boney. i want to build muscle and Chalene Johnson (in my DVD's) says to go heavy or go home, lol :smile:

Yeah they are kick butt workouts. I do the results & recovery drink through Beachbody afterwards sometimes to minimize soreness and replenish what my body gave up during the workout.
