Addicted to Special K Fruit Crisps... Fave low-cal snacks?

It has taken me forever to find something that satisfies my sweet tooth, without being a "trigger food" that leads to a binge. Recently, I decided to try Special K Fruit Crisps. They taste just like Pop Tarts. I love them, but I can stop at just one package.

My other addiction is 100 calorie bags of chocolate covered pretzels. Who would have thought you could cover both a sweet craving and a salty craving in one delicious bag?

What are your favourite snacks? What gets you through the day, and keeps you from eating like a crazy person? :smile:

    Skinny bagels and low-fat cream cheese
    These little brownie bites - can't remember the brand name, but they're 150 a package. So nummy!
    popcorn! Lots of it..............

    OMG. I love them. My problem is I will EAT THE ENTIRE BOX if I have them in the house!

    I love weight watchers double choc chip cookies at 86 calories for 2 and Velvet Crunch thai sweet chilli snacks at 81 calories a bag but you can only buy them multipack, so hard to resist.
  • i usually just have my chocolate shakeology in the morning for breakfast but if i need anything else during the day i will have half of a p90x protein bar. i have to feel like the snack i am having is actually fueling my body not just getting rid of a craving. i'm silly:tongue:

    just discovered allouette spreadable brie! i put that and a bit of lemon curd over pretzel thins. sweet and salty = heaven!

    No kidding... I've come a long way, but I still have cravings for things I know are bad for me!

    Another favourite... Greek yogurt. I buy the sweetened kind with fruit on the bottom (a little high in sugar), but i absolutely love the smooth, velvety taste!

    String cheese helps me when I am feeling like snacking. Or I'll just have a slice of hard salami.
