  • I ate at an Italian restaurant tonight. They didn't have the nutrition value's. I checked online and still couldn't find it. Anyway it was made with classic shrimp with butter, lemon, wine, fresh garlic and fresh tomatoes over linguini. Has anyone had anything close to that so I can know how to log it?

  • I love Krispy Creme donuts but I am trying to stay away from all that sugar and fat. I want to gain eating healthy (ie low fat, low sugar, high calories). I ended up eating some lactaid ice cream and drinking some more milk with ovaltine.

  • thanks I hear bad things about soy and now by doing a little research they are saying bad things about rice milk also. You can't win for losing. The sights are are saying polyunsturated is not good for you and rice milk contains that.
