I went to applebees website and let them know i will no longer be a customer. How funny i was actually supposed to go there tonight!

i was just in the store this past weekend when a woman was told her wic didnt cover her red potatos.... She told the clerk she couldnt afford them. She then paid with her ebt. She then pulled out cash to pay for her 3 bottles of wine..... This is why my view on "assistance" is skewed.

Would not want to have a life without my puppies :)

The only way i am able to stick to the lifestyle change is to indulge 2 days a week (friday night just dinner and sunday anything all day). I do control the portions however. During my clean eating days when i crave something i tell myself "wait till sunday", usually when sunday gets here i dont want it anymore :)

Been wondering this myself. i have a treadmil but see everyone burning 2 x's the calories with ellipticals.

I think you were totally right! I hate how people seem to think it is ok to take advantage of people! Especially those who are probably already having a tough time money wise. You are a good person for trying to expose the facts. Would your college be willing to not allow them on campus anymore?

Just bought a double BOB jogging stroller (on craigslist). I LOVE it!!! my 3 year old loves it too and asks every night if we can go for a walk! that is all the motivation i need :)

I love to have a salmon burger (trident from Costco) and Orowheat sandwhich thins with all the fixins of a burger, tomato lettuce red onion, ketchup and mustard. Also baking a chicken breast in foil with 2tbsp of salsa and a little brown rice with lemon juice on it :)

I agree with you! If i dont get up at 4am to get my run in it seems to get pushed aside. It totally wakes me up and makes me feel better though out the day .
