I work out in the mornings and likewise have a desk job. but I read somewhere that everytime you have an email--- you are to stand up! Or do leg lifts while sitting in your chair.

I use the Silk unsweetened almond milk in my protein shakes every day. It tastes great and adds extra flavor! I do also add a "dash' of fat free milk! My daughter even drinks these shakes and she doesn't know the difference from regular milk.

I buy the Biggest Loser Bars at Walgreens or the Power Bar protein bites are great. You don't have to eat the whole bag! Just pop a couple in your mouth! Larabars are good too.

It helps to wear a heart rate monitor. It counts calories besides your heart rate.
