I'm not sure i can see a difference..Maybe slight..I feel really good though!

Start 225lbs

3 weeks later 218.6

I still have a ways to go. lost 7lbs so far & got 68 to go!
I havent measured to see if ive lost inches yet either. That will be tomorrow (6.24.11)

    hi! it is kinda hard to tell with the pics being so different. but i think you look thinner. hang in there! 7 lbs is great! keep going & congrats on your success so far :)

    I don't want to derail you at all, but it's hard to see a difference at 7 lbs. Even at 12 lbs like me, I don't see a difference in how I LOOK yet, but I FEEL better like you. It's great, isn't it?! :):):)

    im nt expecting much at 7lbs loss but i do feel smaller so wanted to compare pictures is all

    I think you look a little more defined in the waistline! Same thing is happening to me, not seeing much weight loss but can see more definitation in the waistline also! You can do it!
