last year i didn't have a kitchen. my body doesnt handle grease well so I was able to stay away from fried stuff with little trouble, since it makes me feel realllly horrible. my caf had very few options so i made a lot of stuff in a rice steamer and crock pot and microwave. You can cook rice, veg and meat in the steamer,…

This happens to me every so often. Whenever I up my exercise or even slightly change what I'm eating, it can be up to four days late. Try not to stress too much. And I agree with the poster above, fuel up more, and make sure your body isnt getting burned out! Good luck

I'm in the same sort of situation. I cook every few days and make enough for 3-4 meals. For breakfast I usually use my kettle/microwave to make oatmeal, and have some fruit with it. Lunch just depends on the day, usually some cottage cheese + greens and whatever is on hand haha. My dinners are usually chicken, sweet potato…

I used to go a little crazy on chocolate bars (kit kat are forever my favourite!) -- now i allow myself maybe one a week, and have a beautiful piece or two of dark chocolate as my treats instead

i'd take a rest day and focus on getting better. So many times in the past i've pushed through an illness and just made myself worse, and having to take way more time off of working out than I would originally!

I ride horses and work on a farm. I wear breeches (basically yoga tights with some suede patches for grip), and I just want to look hellllla good in them. thats one of my motivations haha

combination of things. Annoyed with being inconsistent about my working out/nutrition, and definitely not liking what I saw in the mirror. Putting on a dress that I wore last year and it was so tight in the stomach and arms was probably the last thing!

I take two inhales of ventolin ten-fifteen minutes before I run. For over a year I tried to run without taking it, and only take it when I need it but it just wasn't worth it. It's a lot more comfortable for me to just take it beforehand to avoid any issues.

I don't know if this is typical...but my YMCA usually draws a big senior citizen crowd. I actually like this. Hahah but really, I have tried other big gyms like world gym and goodlife and just preferred YMCA. there are lots of classes happening and lane swim is available often

I know some gyms have a "sign up" sheet for cardio machines...but I don't think that was his issue. I go to my local YMCA to workout and haven't experienced a sign up sheet there! He probably just has resting *kitten* face, don't worry about it!

oddly enough my favourite pants are from old navy. i have a big butt and a small waist so its usually a struggle to keep my pants from sliding down. my favourite tights have a drawstring in the waist, i got them a few years ago from old navy but i'm sure they still make the same style.

I am currently in week one of this! My friend gave me the guide for free- I'm excited to keep going. The workouts are somewhat difficult so far, but do-able. I'm kind of incorporating them into my gym schedule that I have already established. My friend showed me her before and after pictures and she has shown substantial…

Also that I'm a surprisingly good/creative cook!

I'm learning how goooooood it feels to eat consistently. Haha I struggled with that one for a long time.

Please add me! Definitely in need of support sometimes.

I want more pals! I am finally starting to be so dedicated to my exercise and good eating habits. Add me if you are a student on a fitness journey, or if you just want more friends! :)

My big thing is getting a cool pair of patterned Nike gym tights.

I always use a whole wheat pita as my crust. I usually top with tomatoes (or a bit of tomato sauce), mushrooms, onions, peppers, chicken and cheese!

- how excited I get when my muscles feel like they've been well worked/sore - how some people will get REALLY WEIRD about your dedication to eating well/ working out - actually starting to like myself is sweeeeeeeeet
