I followed the exercise guide but not the diet guide (stayed with my own food in a deficit). I actually liked the workouts as it was challenging-- when I first saw the plan I thought it was some easy stuff, but it actually had me sweating and huffing pretty quick! I noticed a lot of strength gains particularly in my upper…

- Find replacements if you crave meat -- I really like gardein "chicken" nuggets and some of their other products, and it helps if I ever want something "meaty" - Pinterest is a godsend for recipes - aware of b12/iron (i haven't had a problem with iron-- lots of legumes/dark greens) - there are SO many vegetarian/vegan…

I've lost about 15 lbs give or take over the last 3-4 months and people have just begun to notice. My boyfriend only said something a few weeks ago. I think it can be hard to notice changes in people when they see you everyday. Wait for someone who hasn't seen you for a while, they'll notice a difference right away!

I am lactose sensitive + have IBS so I use pumpkin seed protein. I have used Omega Nutrition brand for a couple years now! I have also used Vega One, those ones have a bunch of other vitamins and such in it, the Omega Nutrition pumpkin seed is just a protein powder, not a whole protein/vitamin/mineral shake

I'm in! I'm 20.

I brought a beautiful, nutritious dinner to work last night then promptly decided to order pizza with my coworker.

I use Omega Nutrition pumpkin seed protein. I'm lactose sensitive so whey is out, and the pumpkin has little to no flavour, and its a tiny scoop. I think 10g of protein for 1.5 tbsp so I usually use about 3tbsp per serving.

just say thank you. Its often followed by "how did you do it?!" haha

Depends on the day. If i am hungry, i'll typically eat back 1/2. If i'm not hungry, i just leave em

Nah. I pretty much leave myself a little wiggle room each day so I can have a small treat after dinner or something, pretty much everyday. Otherwise I'd go nuts and eat the whole house.

A burger with poutine on it. YUM

Have a break! There is no rule that you have to work out everyday. Listen to your body, if your body is telling you its exhausted, its for good reason. Give yourself time to heal.

Pretty much just eating what I want, but always weighing/measuring everything and keeping it in my calorie goal. I personally really enjoy vegetables and fruits, so I definitely eat a lot of that. I'm a bit picky with meat so I'll have some chicken or occasionally beef. I eat a lot of eggs too ahah. I definitely let myself…

"Golden" brand potato & vegetable patties. They're like a hashbrown patty with a bunch of vegetables and spices added in, and theyre hella crispy and delightful. They're like 70 calories per patty (aka...yes...i'll eat 4 at a time)
