I walked the low intensity hills program on the treadmill for 30 min. and the recumbent bike for 40 min. on hills level 4 -weight loss. ✨0

Last night was All Pro heavy day, modified for my shoulder, which I need to modify again. Tonight is C25K.0

My WERQ class I was looking forward to was cancelled so I sucked it up and did 5 miles on the dreadmill.0

Little hike on my rest day. 12,000ft mtn, 22mi, 4800ft vertical. Was short 1.4mi of the peak though because of an uncrossable avalanche chute. Snow was waist deep and I had shorts on lol. Little cold for the legs so I turned around. Ok, I'll call it a semi rest day because of post holing in the snow.0
