    Morning
    Run in the woods with my dog - 5 miles
    Night
    Warm up cardio on treadmill 9min mile- 1 mile at 2ft incline
    Lawnmower pulls, 20lbs, 3x10
    Tricep pulls 24lbs, 3x10
    Glute bridge, 25lbs, 3x10
    Straight leg deadlifts, 30lbs, 3x10
    Dumbbell squats, 20lbs, 3x10
    Sumo squats, 20lbs, 3x10

    Gym was crowded at 11pm so I gave up and didn't finish full routine.

    Went to the gym at lunch... 30 minutes treadmill 6.0mph, 30 minutes on elliptical. Managed to squeeze in 15 mins abs routine.

    2.5 hours of volleyball tonight. Eating lots to prepare as you go through energy quickly. Maybe the whole team will show up tonight so we can sub on/off and have a rest here and there.

    Ran a easy 8mi @ 8:30 avg pace on the trails. Total vertical: 1,480ft.

    This morning I did a 12min full body calisthenics workout and tonight my husband and I are going to hike my summit climbing stand about 3 miles out in the woods (so I can do another full body workout climbing a tree) so we can roost a turkey tonight.

    1 hour kick boxing by Guillermo Gomez cardio power burn and insanity pure cardio 40 mins . Planks 2 reps of 15 secs each, visits , leg raise crunches situps , stand up planks, obliques 30 secs each. Total calories burned 1045 cal
