    Fartlek training. 1 mile on treadmill, 2 miles on elliptical. Sweat like crazy!!!

    It's weird though when I exercise early like I did today. I always end up feeling like I can go for another workout later.

    Today was great! I started with Jillian Michaels 30DS this morning (20 min), noon I went to a Vinyasa Yoga class (55 min) and this evening I went to a kickboxing class (45 min).
