I'm ok on low fat dairy but whey protein powders cripple me :'(:/ Cannot tolerate them at all, same with any full fat cheese, I'm more thinking its gall bladder related rather than IBS in my case. Anyhow hemp protein is ok for me or real food...

I am lactose sensitive + have IBS so I use pumpkin seed protein. I have used Omega Nutrition brand for a couple years now! I have also used Vega One, those ones have a bunch of other vitamins and such in it, the Omega Nutrition pumpkin seed is just a protein powder, not a whole protein/vitamin/mineral shake

I picked up some Vega One today as a trial. Will see how he tolerates it. Fingers crossed.

    Hello.
Im 20 with IBS, every thing was fine before 6 months(never had stomach problems in my life) but cant forget that day when i decided to eat chicken with friends from a local shop. That fu**** my digestive system and my stomach, From that day i have ibs till today. I also used to take protien shakes(maybe that caused me IBS bcoz in my country there are many fake protien suppliments). Now i cant take protien suppliments and cant gain weight because of it. I do workout(gym) and play Football , have a active lifestyle though.
