I'm 5'5 - 147lb
Bench - 160lb
Squat - 175lb
Deadlift - 265lb0 -

I'm a little (or maybe a lot) older than most of you but really started focusing on these lifts about 6 months ago.
Bench - 85 lbs
Squat - 125 lbs
Deadlift - 155 lbs
I'm just coming off a hip flexor injury so I'm working back up to higher than these but it may take awhile....:(0 -
5'4", 130ish pounds
Not gonna lie, these all need to be tested within the next few weeks but seem about right based on my calculations doing 5/3/1.
Bench-105 (2x95)
Squat- 180 (4x160)
Deadlift- 210 (4x190)0 -
Bench: 45.. noodle upper body!!
Squat: 130
Deadlift: 1300 -
Wow. You ladies are so inspiring! I need to work on my lifts a bit more, I think. I've been lifting for over a year now.
