A good read. Check it out http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-facts-about-food-cravings

No its not, especially if you get the whole grain oats.

I don't eat a whole lot of fruit. I've cut my fat down to maybe 6% body fat. I eat a lot of berries though. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Your not inviting failure. It depends on the person. If you have good self control, you'll be fine. You gotta have a goal. Whether it be to look good or feel good. That keeps me motivated enough to keep my healthy lifestyle. And cus i love fitness and am addicted to endorphins lol :P

I did not follow the plan either and my results have been really good. I stick to a 15% fat, 50-55% Carbs and 30-35% Protein diet.

I basically have. I put stuff in my food diary every now and then. I've reached my goal weight and basically know how many calories and fat grams all the stuff i eat is now. I'm not looking to lose any more weight. Just maintain, and hopefully gain more muscle weight.

Your resting heart rate is usually lower when your in good shape. You can see a lot of cyclists with heart rates in the 30s. So personally I think your fine. I've gotten mine down to the lower 40s, and I think i'm in pretty top physical shape.

Any type of berry. and Greek Yogurt and Granola

Personally, you should drink during and before meals. Water. Snack on some veggies to fill you up.

Personally i wouldn't recommend it. Your body needs fuel. Even on your "off" days. Your supposed to eat about the same amount of calories you normally would. Maybe a little less since your not working out. Your body alone is burning calories throughout the day. But just doing your everyday schedule, sitting, standing,…

Im the exact same way. But maybe because my workouts are more on the intense side. You need to have some calories in your system after an 7-8 hour fast from sleeping. Theres no point of doing an hour of cardio if its low intensity, why even bother? Bump up your intensity, get ur heart rate up in the fat burning zone.

Definitely stick with it. Use this site to guide your intakes. I'd recommend no more than 15% fat. 55% carbs and 30% protein. Or maybe even shoot for 40% protein and 45% carbs. Keeping your sugar and fat levels down leaned me up pretty fast, and as long as your eating good carbs, your going to use it for energy. Especially…

You can also try SNACLite Power PB. Lower fat than most Peanut Butter, and pretty natural. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2761103 Serving size is 4 Tablespoons, so just cut that in half.

You said your eating ends until Midnight. What time do you go to bed? Personally you shouldn't eat 2-3 hours before bed. Maybe have a little snack with protein, but nothing too big. Depending on how often and how rigorous your working out will determine how much you should intake. For example: I used to eat 3000 calories a…

Yep, definitely helps out.

If you look for reviews on Insanity, It's definitely not for beginners. But be sure to pause it and go at your own pace. Slowly your muscles, lungs and heart will get stronger. Definitely a great workout, i love it. I just started it up again. Just keep at it. I know you can do it. Just stay motivated.

24 here, Trying to be more active on this site. Just started logging my calories again. Feel free to add me as well

WHY: Your body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. You need water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to your organs and tissues. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes…

I used OxyElite Pro myself, not a bad product. Definitely didn't give me the jitters

Try and slowly transition your "junk" food eating on a single day :). It's always good to have a cheat day to reward yourself for whatever hardwork you accomplished throughout the week. Just don't go overboard haha
-
Haha yeah, That has to be one of my least favorite as well
-
I'm training presently. Just ran my first Half Marathon today. Trying to slowly train for a Full marathon later this year.

Started using this a few weeks ago. I love it

Just moved to NC myself. Been here for about a month now.

Buying new shoes/workout gear definitely. And music. Music definitely gets me motivated.
-
Goodluck! Make sure you keep your nutrition up and hydrate all this week.
-
That's awesome, as long as you didn't walk and you finished. All you can do is improve on that pace.
-
Haha yeah. I plan on running one later this year. Working at slowly getting to a 7min pace for my half.
-
Nuff Said. One must be started haha
