Skinny Girl but not for long..

Hey everyone Im new to this so I wanted to make a few friends to help with exercise tips and healthy food advice. Ive always been pretty thin but since I am getting older my metabolism is not what it used to be! I also have an under-active thyroid that is causing some weight gain. It doesnt help that I have a sweet tooth and junk food is my favorite! It would be awesome to meet a few people that can help me out! Add me :)

    Try and slowly transition your "junk" food eating on a single day :). It's always good to have a cheat day to reward yourself for whatever hardwork you accomplished throughout the week. Just don't go overboard haha
