My 9 year old daughter had a friend over on Saturday afternoon. We were sitting on the living room floor playing a game and she said to me... " I see lots of diet books, your not fat". I just wanted to hug and kiss her. That little girl can come over to our house anytime.

Someone asked me the other day if I have lifted 47 lbs. ( the amount of weight I've lost) and carried it around. I can't believe how heavy that is. I wonder how I carried it day in and day out. I completely understand... I am a single mother, I work full time, I go to school nights, and my daughter is on a swim team that has practice/swim meets 3 times a week. This is what I do. I make it a point to cook a large meal on Sunday that way I know I have at least 3 lunches to take to work. I chop up a ton of vegies…

Congrats! I partake in pizza and beer every Friday night...most times my Saturday am weight is less than Friday am. Let's the system know I'm not starving it. Good Luck!

I'm actually shocked to read that you all are having heavier periods...mine have become much lighter than they ever were. I do notice that I have a bit more cramping then I did before, though.
