  • My one tip would be to go to some group fitness classes. Make the decision the night before, have your clothes ready, and act like it's a dr's appt. Once you have gone to the same classes a few times, the faces start getting farmiliar, and it's a nice routine! Good Luck!

  • Machines in the gym have been notorious for overestimating calorie burn. I would either go with the MFP numbers, or take an average of the two and go with that amount. To stay on the safe side, always choose the lower numbers. Good Luck! And Welcome!:flowerforyou:
