I am having the same problem with my right shoulder as well. I have been prescribed Naproxen, but after seeing that people put weight on, I am skeptic about taking them. But how can i get rid of this pain.

Hi All: I mostly do work out dvd at home, because i cannot fit in the gym with my lifestyle. Im a single mom so its just not realistic paying a gym membership when I dont have childcare. So, I find that if i do my workouts first thing in the morning its no problem. If I leave it for the evening its the hardest thing to do.…

My National bun was alright, a bit dry tho. These easter buns are no different from the regular everyday bun. Unless it is straight from yard. Someone told me whitfield bun is the best, but I cant find it.
