I love shakeology for breakfast, mostly because I'm too lazy to make breakfast and I know I'll get the right amount of vegetable intake for the day and lots of good nutrients.

Chili! I put lots of vegetables, and lean beef or turkey. I also like to do a chicken vegetable soup all homemade so it's not too high in sodium. I don't like vegetables pre cooked so I chop everything up for the week and put them in bags in the fridge. Super easy to pull them out and stir fry or steam them...no cutting…

Chicken with Italian salad dressing, potatoes, carrots, and an onion. I've done a lot of different chicken dishes, soups, and pot roast. I use my crock pot 2-3 times a week.

Yay! For not being alone :) we are all in this journey together and in different places. It's so important to take the time and rest after having a baby, and soak up those sweet moments. I could have started at the gym sooner than a year after having my baby, but I allowed that time for myself to rest . Everyone is…

So glad you ladies are all wanting to join in this mission together. It's hard work!!!! My biggest struggle are the cravings. That's why I have to cut out the grains initially- self control is not my strong suit. So far this week has been pretty good, getting in good habits, and working out daily. Did you know it takes…

I am in Wuxi, about 2 hours west of Shanghai. We've been in China for 8 years now. We love our crazy loves here!!!!

Yay! We can do it!!!

I had a c section too, partly why I really enabled to wait a whole year to let my body get back together before really working out hard. Enjoy your little!

In also breast feeding, and I think that's part of the reason my body is hanging on to the extra fat. It was so much easier for me the last time after I weened my baby. Determined we can do it together!!!

Amazing and very inspirational, thank you for sharing your story, and being real.

Give it a good 3 weeks, it takes some time. Also, it matters what you are doing calorie wise, how much you are working out, and what all you are eating. If things are still not progressing after 3 weeks, you may be at the wrong calorie intake level. Keep at it! I went through a month and a half without losing much...only…

I totally understand, I'm right now at a point where I've been most of my life, and there are times when I get frustrated that I had to lose 40lbs just to get here. But it's about the life changes, and being determined to be healthy. Most of my life I've been in the 180-190lb range, so for me the big step will be getting…

Wow, great work! You can really tell the difference :)

Yes vivo fit connects to MFP :) I use it, and I love mine. I like that it's a watch too, so I don't have to wear a watch too. I like swimming and it keeps track of that activity too, it's a really nice tool to have.

Thanks! Yep I weigh my foods, but can't always read the labels. I live in China and I speak the language, but can't read it. But I do my best to find things similar on MFP, and still manage to log. I'm still planning on losing during the holidays. I know it will be hard, but I need to prove to myself that I'm in control of…

Thank you all! So encouraging, and I'm glad I can help motivate others. :) Just an update...I've lost 30lbs now total, and went shopping today, and was able to go down another size in clothes. Feeling good, and starting week 4 of C25K, and day 4 of T25 Beta! Just want to encourage everyone to stick with it, make your…

My husband's is so proud and supportive, he went with me to encourage me as I tried things on (hate clothes shopping!) So excited!!!

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words, it means a lot! :smiley I'm working out 30 minutes (t25 or c25k) 5-6 days a week, and I walk a lot on top of that. I have a Garmin vivo fit, and I love having the reminder to get moving. As far as eating goes, I'm counting calories and staying within my daily goal of 1,200. I…
