100 days and still going (lost 35 kg/77lbs (with pics))

Hey guys!

Since I started here on MFP a lot of changing has happened. I started writing down what I eat and doing daily exercises. I went from 160 kg (352 lbs) to 124.5 kg (274 lbs)

If I say exercises it's mostly going for walks and riding my bike. I've read on some place that the trick on losing weight is to keep your metabolism going by eating enough and doing at least 30 mins of sports a day.

That's what I have done the past 100 days and here are some pictures. I hope losing another 45 kilograms by next summer to be on my goal weight (80 kilograms)
