I've reached my first goal of 25 lbs down. I have 20 to go. I am finally starting to feel the differece and am quite pleased with my progress!

I am 5'4
Starting weight 185
Current weight 160

    Hi I'm about the same height but started at about 180 and now down to 157 so I'm about 23 pounds lost. I'm hoping to lose down to about 125 because I have a small frame. You look great! I don't know how to post pictures and if I did I wouldn't have the nerve to post pictures of me in my underwear! I don't even take pictures of me in my underwear but that's just me!! Looking great and keep it up! You will really love it next time swimsuit season comes around!

    Thank you all so much for the encouragement! I am basically just walking on a treadmill at 4 mph and shadow box with light dumbells. I ate 1200 the first two months plus all or most of my exercise calories. I recently increased to 1400-1500 plus exercise calories and so far so good. Weight loss has slowed from 2 lb per week to .5 to 1 lb per week which is fine with me. Thanks again for the positive feedback!
