HI have been spinning my wheels lately & really frustrated with my weight. I decided to resign my second job to reduce my stress level and in two weeks I'm having a hip replacement, so I hope once I've healed up from that I can get out and be more physical. I haven't been on MFP for quite a while so this is step one! 🤞

I like to make hot mint tea add unsweetened cocoa & stevia to taste with a Tablespoon or so of heavy whipping cream. Its a wonderful chocolate mint delight for the end of the day!

You can always sneak some veggies in by adding cauliflower rice instead of hashbrowns to an egg dish for example or a little bit of spinache or kale to a smoothie of almond milk & berries. Intermittent fasting helps me a lot. Im not real extreme about it, I generally eat from 10 am until 6 pm. Then I pack my lunch for the next day, clean the kitchen & turn off the light! Im back again too. Did well for awhile then had a job change and a death in the family. Ive put a bit of the weight back on & I feel bloated with sugar cravings constantly. Time to get off the crazy train & back to good habits!

I eat salads with hard boiled eggs, cheese & a small amount of black beans. Its very filling & the carbs aren't too bad if you dont use too many beans.

It works best for me to pre-log. I plan out my meals the night before & enter them to see what the counts are. Sometimes I have a change of plans but MOST days I just stick to what I had planned. I also have pretty consistent meals most days, so dinner will be 4 oz of meat, a green veggie & some sugar free jello at least…
