Do you have a short jaw? I do and because of it I will never have a profile with a defined chin and neck.

It is exhausting to tell the brutal/sweet/empathetic/sympathetic/.... Truth. I feel the best truth is the one that isn't shaded by any emotion at all. The problem with shading the truth with emotion is it can, and many times does, lose it's power.

You say in the past you have restricted to the point of trashing your health. Is it possible this friend is coming from a place of concern? Maybe they only see the restricting but don't know there is a difference in your approach? All in all if this is a true friend, sit down and talk to them. Let them know their comment…

Awes, why not hit the gym and find a local there you can work with?

Anything I do 5 or more days a week I see as my activity level. If it is something I do once or twice a week, and it takes more than 30 min with an elevated heart rate would be extra and I would log it.

Congrats! The first day is important, without it we would never begin. Remember to be good to yourself. Speak kind words about yourself. Love you now and forever. Enjoy the changes and always look forward to your goals!

I'm actually naturally an empathetic person, it is something I had to learn to turn off as a young child because if someone was in pain, sad, frustrated, or any other strong emotion I felt it like a freight train. Empathy is a great tool when needing to connect or understand a person. It's sympathy that I see as…

While I agree they aren't mutually exclusive, empathy is quite exhausting and a lot to expect from a complet stranger, let alone thousands of them. If someone chooses to ignore truth because it doesn't come from an empathetic post that's on them.

Usually takes me 2-3 cycles before the DOMS are gone. Funny thing is for the next 8-10 weeks I miss them, till I switch my lifts up again. I do use glutamine and feel it helps. I take 15g after I lift, and 15g before bed on lifting days.

What if you read something at some point and acted on it in your life. You don't remember where you got the original idea but have the anecdotal experience to share. Can you say you read such and such and your experience was A,B,C, or do you have to leave out the fact that the idea came from another source since you can't…

I put in the title 1oz per serving, build the recipe as 1serving. Weigh it after I'm done and edit servings to reflect how many oz's the entire batch is. So now I can weigh my serving and get an accurate cal no matter how much I dish out.

I always over! Usually hit 70-110g a day
-
But your losing pattern is while your body is in energy conservation mode. I'm gonna bet your true tdee is 200-300 cals higher than you have calculated.
-
Just a thought, the days you "go over" may be triggering your body to increase it's metabolism by resuming the activities it slowed while in a deficit to conserve energy (faster cell turnover, hair growth, nail growth...). You then drop to a deficit and your body calls for energy that you are refusing to give it. I think…

Can you handle liquids better? You could try a small food and a protein shake with fruits and veggies blended in for nutritional value.

That math isn't right. If you were 19%at 160# it would be 129.6#LBM. 22%body fat would put you closer, 124.8#LBM. Still quite healthy while being over in the BMI department at that time. You have gained 29#. In that time were you lifting in a way that would increase your LBM? If you have you will continue to be healthy in…

Can't turn fat to muscle so your best bet is a cal deficit till you are ready to bulk properly. You know while lifting heavy things and putting them down....
-
As you lose weight you will lose muscle mass. Depending on how much weight you have to lose you may easily hit within your bmi.

There is a difference between empty stomach and hungry. If you are truly hungry 2hrs after eating you have a hormone issue. It may be the foods you eat that are triggering this, my bet is you have trained your body to cue at these times through habits, but you don't actually need to eat that frequently.
