Add me. I have to get back on track!

I am on the 2nd week of the Burn phase. I am starting over for the 3rd time, but I love the workouts. Add me and we can encourage each other.

I have done this part of the way a couple of time. I love the workouts and I could tell I was getting stronger. The last time I almost finished the lean phase, but I started training for a half marathon and I let my strength training slide for a while. I started back on the Burn phase this week and I am sore as all get out…

I have this and have really enjoyed it. I had never lifted weights before and we had a few dumbbells around that were my husband's. I don't think I would like the bands, but I haven' t really tried them. I use from 8lb, 10lb, 15lb, and 20lb weights so far. I am getting ready today to start the third phase (lean). You might…

I use the spibelt for my iphone and I like it.

I started the first time at the beginning of August. Then at the end of September, I had a horrible bout with vertigo and got stopped cold. I am feeling much better now and I just started back over with Burn Circuit 1 this morning. I would love to have some support!

I had my first spell a week ago on Sunday. I woke up so sick I was miserable. I was on the couch all day that day. I was able to work every day the week following, but I was really dizzy for two or three mornings. I tried to work out Saturday afternoon, and I got down on the floor to do chest flies and here it came again.…

I am slow. I usually run between 10 and 11 minute miles. Except during races when I can get a little faster....between 8 and 9 minutes.

Week 4, Burn 1 this morning. Still having trouble with single leg squats. May be my lack of coordination. Excited about the lean phase starting next week:)

I hate the treadmill. Always outdoors if I can. Three miles outside seems like six on the treadmill.

We use Body Fortress Whey Protein from Wal Mart. I like the vanilla but everyone else likes the chocolate. It's less expensive than the kind from GNC and my husband swears it works better for building muscle.

This may or may not help you, but I had the same problem...stuck. I recently started doing Chalean Extreme along with the running that I was already doing, but I was not losing any weight or inches. This week I upped my calories to 1700 on no workout days and 1900 on days I do workout AND I aim for 1g of protein per pound…

I am doing Chalean Extreme. I love it and the results so far. I am on Push Week 3. I started P90x at the beginning of the summer, but found the workouts too long and intense for me. I really love Chalene, though. I run for my cardio.

Three miles this morning. Got a blister on the back of my left ankle from new running shoes and sliding socks. The shoes feel good, but the socks slipped down to far and left my foot exposed. I will be more careful tomorrow.

I have signed up for a half marathon on November 26, so I would love to have some company in training:) I have run several 5k's, but this will be my first half.

So that's what they're called. I know I wasn't able to do 20 either. I just did as many as I could and took a breather every now and then and jumped back in. I'll count next time.

Great job!

What exactly is a Burpee?

I used to feel that way too. I recently bought the Chalean Extreme videos and she really kind of makes weight lifting fun.

I am 47 and I started running in May 2010. I immediately lost 15 pounds. I recently purchased the Chalean Extreme DVD's from Beachbody.com. They show you how to lift weights and strength train. I am hoping to tone up now that I have most of the extra weight off me. I am really enjoying them.

I have a MIO heart rate monitor, but I don't usually use it for strength training because it doesn't show me burning many calories. But I started the PUSH phase this morning and my arms were so tired, I could barely lift my blow dryer! So I know I did some good.

I did this same program last year and I am still running. My advice is, in the beginning, follow the program exactly. If you do too much, you will get ship splints and you don't want that. If you have never run, your body needs the rest time to build the muscle and bone that you will need as a runner. Just my two cents. (…

I have registered for my first half marathon. I have run several 5k's so I am excited. Mine is 11/16 on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

I am beginning Week 3 of the Burn phase. So far I love the program. I started P90x with my husband at the beginning of the summer, but it was just way too intense and time consuming. I like to run, but found that I just did not have the energy. This is just right and I can already tell that my arms especially are showing…

running shoes (need new ones right now), iphone with runkeeper gps and earbuds, spibelt to hold it, sports bra, socks, and shorts and a cool shirt.

I am on Day 38. I went on a trip with my teenage daughter and didn't do the recovery week DVD's like I should have. I started phase 2 on Monday and I can sure tell I missed a week. My arms feel like noodles. I keep reminding myself that this is how I felt at the beginning of phase 1, so maybe there is hope. I will do Back…

I am on day 12 of this. My husband and I are doing the Classic version. I use 5 and 10 lb weights since I am not too muscular yet. I can see needing some 15s before it's over.

I would love to join y'all. I am on Day 3 Week 2. The exercises are a little easier already. Last week I felt like I ate to much trying to follow the diet they suggest. So this week I am going to eat what feels right and try to keep up with calories.
