google tanning salons in your area and get an airbrush tan...they look GREAT and are decent priced and last a while, you might even have time to get two treatments by Saturday....GOOD LUCK!!

I agree....6 small meals is the best. Also, i chew gum, but also try subbing tea for your water a cup or two a day...that seems to work for me :smile:

If you are really sweating i would enter it as more of an aerobic class/workout. Stubborn belly fat???????? CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!!!!!! That is THE ONLY WAY to get rid of FAT. But i also reccomend strength training as this will help you burn more calories even just by doing your every day activities...keep in mind though…

I DISAGREE...I WOULDNT GO BY THE MACHINE IF IT DIDNT ASK FOR YOUR AGE/WEIGHT. THAT MAKES A HUUUUUGE IMPACT ON THE CALORIES BURNED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE HEAVIER (NOT THAT YOU ARE :happy: ) MFP, RATES YOUR CALORIES BURNED BASED ON YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. JUST A THOUGHT.

I mean...it has to right? Doing crunches or whatever, I can work up a sweat. How come in the excercise portion for Strength it doesnt add any calories burned...Is there a way to track it? :ohwell:

I would try increasing your speed...your body might be adjusted to your routine. You should switch it up often. Add some incline and speed. I am big on interval training lately.
